Responsibilities

IOT project delivery & Support

- Assist Planning, delivery and delivery of IOT devices, communications.

- Rectification of project issues

- Effective communication with stakeholders and project team

- Assist in Scoping projects and conceptualising solutions.

- Documentation of deployment and support activities

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics / telecommunications / networking or similar ( this will be needed so that you know the basics )
• Basic Understanding of devices, network connectivity - Rest can be picked up on the job.
• Experience in IOT delivery / support will be desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

 - Work in a multi-vendor environment as a technical resource to build, configure and support application deployments into cloud

 - Ownership of technical designs when building cloud solutions, capacity planning, hosting strategy, migration strategy and design

 - Lead and work with Agile teams to deploy and troubleshoot cloud services

 - Work with Applications teams to define application cloud architecture

 - Continuous Improvements –work with client teams to continuously improve cloud solutions performance.

Qualifications

 - Knowledge of AWS, Azure, VMware/vSphere Virtualisation

 - Automated workflows/pipelines

 - Container technologies (Docker & OpenShift)

 - Good experience in networking technologies including DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, DHCP and Load Balancing.

 - Strong documentation skills, including documenting technical specifications, standard operating procedures and build and configuration guides.

 - Strong understanding of cloud-native characteristics and how architectures can deliver them

 - Exposure to Agile / SCRUM environments

 - Scripting and Programming hands-on skills

 - Good understanding of high availability and resilient environments

 - Demonstrated knowledge of TOGAF or other architectural frameworks and or methodologies

 - Ability to develop and provide training to engineers.

Responsibilities

Dynamic and motivated candidate with strong experience in CIR and ideally a background in SOC analyst roles or penetration testing and red teaming.

·  Acting as the escalation point and incident manager for cyber security incidents identified through the level 1 and 2 analyst teams or raised directly by a client.

·  Analysing a specific incident from its detection through to developing a containment strategy and executing subsequent remediation plans.

·  Providing crisis management guidance while onsite with the client directing incident investigation and containment activities.

·  Communicating with the appropriate internal IT and security staff responsible for implementing the appropriate corrective actions.

·  Producing detailed post incident reports

·  Continuous improvement of the CIR toolkit & processes

·  Mentoring and support for CIC level 1 and 2 team members.

·  Take part in or lead Threat Hunting and Compromise assessment engagements

·  Assist clients developing or improving their incident response plans

Qualifications

·  Strong experience working with endpoint security products, as well as Windows, Microsoft Active Directory, UNIX, Linux, networking and firewalls

·  5 years’ experience in a senior infrastructure or security infrastructure/application position

 - Worked on popular SIEM , SOAR platforms

·  Experience supporting enterprise environments

·  CSIM or CISSP qualification would be desirable

·  Practical experience with developing programming or scripting language desirable

·  Ability to work co-operatively with global technology teams
